Just to add .. I don't believe anyone should be given preference for a position over someone else because of their age, race, sex or anything else...or prohibited from doing a job because of those factors... A job should be awarded to someone based on their merit.....and capabilities....
These days there are plenty of dykes who could put a brikie to shame!!!
