If you look at Top 100 picks of 2013 and compare with best performers of 2013, you can conclude whether the list is worth or not. IMO, if you look at Top 100 picks for 2014, only stocks that are financially very strong or will be strong in 2014 (proven resources) or stocks that are free carried for high impact 2014 drill are covered.
