Hi Tim, I bought TPW after buying a few things from them during COVID lockdown. Everything about the entire experience really impressed me as a customer - really happy with the product, great communication, quick delivery, and excellent after sales service - really responsive. The complete opposite of KGN. My strong belief is that only those businesses that are committed to impress end users and hang on to their loyalty (I also hold A2m, XRO, snd Z1P) as opposed to just shareholders can continue to grow and thrive. I’m thinking TPW falls into this category. Cheers
