Wholesale electricity prices continuing to fall:

Q4 2020 prices (VWA) were lowest in South Australia ($35/MWh) and Victoria ($40/MWh), followed by Queensland ($48/MWh) and Tasmania ($46/MWh), with the highest quarterly prices occurring in NSW ($71/MWh).
Most analysts are basing their long term valuations on an average $65-$75 wholesale price.
If analysts further bring down their average long term wholesale price, expect a serious decline in their valuations.
In my opinion, patience, no need to enter yet, wait for the market to price downwards long term wholesale electricity prices. Downgrades to the cycle have not yet finished in my opinion, and more pain yet to come.
