right so you wanted to buy a fridge but couldn’t with zip. Why’s that?
because two months ago I bought a fridge AND a washing machine from Zip and I was signed up and purchase made in 10 minutes. I used appliances online for the website. Can even tell you the model numbers if you want. no application fee whatsoever. I used zip pay. i didn’t even consider afterpay because of the following;
when you first sign up with afterpay even though they say you have a 1 grand account you don’t. Their algorithm limits your first purchase to 350 dollars. Only after repeated spending and paying back can you actually start using 1 k limit. With zip that’s not the case. Zip does a soft credit check on the user and that gives them confidence to give a 1 k limit zip also allows you to buy multiple purchases at once from the start. Afterpay do not
it sounds like you wanted to buy a fridge that cost more than 1 k, so you weren’t able to use zip pay or afterpay and decided to buy it on your card instead. Had it been under 1 k you could have used Zippay.
