The scores don't lie mate the average score is 3.9 ive worked in tech since 2006 you don't want a score below 4 as a new up and coming tech company. Certainly not one started from Australia

it takes awhile but once a company gets a bad reputation as a employer, they only attract bad people further creating a negative spiral. Usually it gets to a point where the entire management is replaced. This could be coming for afterpay 3.9 is not something to be proud of.
hopefully the extremely toxic culture at afterpay is addressed at the next quarterly?
