PayPal has a 4 Star award which isn't too bad but not great. PayPal is trending up.
generally speaking new tech companies that are growing rapidly have a higher score as their is a buzz in the offices
bigger companies that have been around awhile have a lot more reviews than start ups and often become global. Becomes harder to maintain a score above 4 as you get bigger
