Why does China and Russia not take NATO to the WTO as a restraint of trade???, page-6

This would explain why NATO was never disbanded after the fall of the USSR.

If NATO is about enrichment of an elite which is never satisfied, imperialism that never ends as it takes away peoples rights, why would those in power ever break up NATO when the rewards of exploitation from NATO would be eliminated from such a disbandment??
