a question to ask is have you ever formatted the Hard drive and had a fresh OS installed.
If yes/no try dual booting another operating system.
If you have the same issue it is definitely a component issue and most likely RAM.
with video card you will get a blank monitor or lines through the monitor. So rule this one out.
Could be CPU chip is not sitting right.
IF you ain't got time just take the thing in to get repaired.
