Will a new CEO replacing David Deloub make any positive difference to the share price| ?

Consider a company LRK, the whisky brewing company.

A video was posted of someone smoking Crack from a bong dancing about in their underwear online.
It was alleged that it was the CEO of LRK.

Apparently it is alleged that he was being blackmailed, after several alleged payouts the video was leaked.

It was covered in the press.
The CEO said it was a deep fake video, this was over a year ago.
Anyway the CEO resigned on that day,

The board carried on their search for a new CEO and 6 months later they identified a capable candidate with the excellent experience.

Well now they have a new CEO who has worked for larger companies growing their market share who replaced a alleged crack addict ..what did you think the share price do ?.

Answer ...nothing...6 months later, its still where it was.

So i would not put to much weight on a NEW CEO raising the share price.
