its a really bad sign a director selling this quantity. I can think of one positive but too far-fetched spin - in the most recent volume of Property Investor rag, Alice Springs came up as a hot growth area on the basis of the Nolan's ARU mine development - from memory saying 200 new dwellings needed for miners/companies to rent. Maybe??? AS wants to buy residential around there. On the other hand, he could be short of a quid - ha ha, or can't see it going any further up for too long to stick around. A
