The tax year hasn't even ended yet with just over a month to go.
Sorry but I cannot buy the tax excuse.
Remember he also sold 659,827 shares (4th May Announcement)
If he has no faith in the company and is selling out what chance do we have?
Personally I don't like it one bit.
We have a director who has sold out the bulk of his stock with nothing more said.
He has no credibility left in my books.
