Let's see, first you say "the rejection of EDE’s IP and patents in an EDE announcement."

Then you change tac and say "Many months of discussion and a trial with a multi national resulted in the multi national walking away from EDE’s stuff."

Meanwhile the fact is that the collaboration went no further as resources for either company could not be committed. These type of things happen all the time in business. You are using it to criticize and discredit the company when it is a natural process.

It is misleading to say that it was rejection of EDE's IP and patents.

This is criticism of your style not actually trying to discredit you. Leaving out public relevant information will forever be seen as misleading. You do yourself no credit.
