The claim 'chance arrangements of atoms' is false. How atoms arrange is determined by the attributes of matter/energy itself, physics, chemistry, carbon, water, metals 'cooked' in giant stars that turned supernova, and so on. Nor is natural evolution, once the process of life got started, abiogenesis, biogenesis, a matter of chance. The biology of life itself is a responsive system, an interaction between environment and genes, that allows organisms to adapt and change....or go extinct if their range of adaption is exceeded - of which there are many examples.
