seems to be vwap or 'volume limited' orders in market now. Algo slicing 14,600 lots in on the bid. there are 7 of them there now bidding @ 0.20. Also lots of 10,395. Good sign when see this as shows large buyers restricting themselves based on volume traded. Would suggest this indicates ongoing buying from these institutions
