Believing that there is no way to reduce emissions by 26% is crazy. Solar powering the grid would reduce it by X amount, then using renewable ways to charge transports would reduce it by X.
It's not about making "45% of cars" renewable. It's about making what can be powered by renewable energy renewable.
I don't have the exact figures hence why I posted X, but clearly it wouldn't matter if I do because you have no understanding of the topic
