Correct re the $30 punt.
The risk is that the EC may reject or put onerous divestments on the transaction; and the stock may then drop significantly.
The question for RIO holders and potential buyers is are they prepared to accept the risk?
For me, the risk is too great. I know with high risk comes high reward, but also potential high loss. My financial position currently cannot accept the loss risk.
Ohhh well - the market needs conservative investors.
