don't know if you go by the theory that PE = growth rate
eg PE 30% = growth rate 30%
slater uses PEG = 1 as fair value
PE = 30
growth rate = 30%
however the forcasts for '09, '10 and '11 indicate a growth rate of 13.6%
30/13.6 = 2.2
I reckon this one may be over valued
either the market has got it wrong or something else is going on
perhaps the market is pricing in a takeover
most takeovers are done at bit over 20% aren't they?
revenue from unemployment is probably not going to pick up that much as not too many lost jobs
