If she is just an ordinary person with no political views or odd business interests then there shouldn't be a problem concerning where she chooses to go. The letter was carefully worded to project a neutral/non-political stance.
As I see it there is a broader question. When will Russia's Government grow up and refocus on trade and business? As it is, the rouble risks following the Turkish lira down the toilet.
