Most placements go through brokers and the general public are not told. (many arguments here)
Who gets the broker codes to know who is selling and buying? (agree, we should all get access to codes..however regular phone contact with broker can alleviate this somewhat.)
Who is making all the quick bucks on inside (non publicly available) info? (on the majority...good clients of brokers)
