    There is a good reason for someone cashing out on SEA. There are a lot of current SEA holders that have come across from TXN. Those people probably bought TXN in the latest SPP at 65c which converts to over $1.20 after the conversion and allowing some value in the TDN offer.Even selling SEA now still represents a loss but that loss was/is not as much as it could hav been if the merger had not taken place. Many are happy to get out and put that unhappy saga behind them.

    I'm one but not selling yet. I'm still hoping to break even.
