    probably not the most appropriate term actually, rather, stock issued to an investor at 90% of VWAP in small parcels on a regular basis (monthly) may potentially find itself being re-sold into the market as potentially a way for the investor to lock in a profit (higher than 10% on an annualized basis) and so as to replenish the investors capital in order to fund the issuance of more stock at a 90% discount to VWAP in the subsequent period. This is not an IWG only potential scenario. If you are regularly (ie. montjly) being issued smallish parcels of shares at 90% of VWAP then as an investor you probably are not too fussed where the share price ends up. limited downside for the investor provided there is liquidity to keep recyling your capital. Just my thoughts. DYOR
