LGD legend corporation limited

Why does the market value LGD as it does?

    Hi All,

I'm looking to get some opinions on this, as I'm very new to investing.

I currently hold LGD due to the fact it has a very nice yield and seems to be undervalued in my opinion. Again this is all very new to me but the company seems to have a stable balance sheet and is profitable and cash flow positive, so why does the market value it as it does? I'm looking at P/E ratios, P/B ratios, and yield as a means of valuation, as well as general consensus on HC that LGD is undervalued.

Assuming this is the case, at what point does the market wake up and LGD reaches its fair value? Is it a takeover target at these prices perhaps?

Keen to hear all thoughts and comments.

    Cheers.
