Tonys pay is in the Annual Report - nothing hidden, so if you are unhappy with it why did you buy.
More to the point if you are not happy now - sell.
We have had some great announcements the last week or so and I believe this will greatly help any negoiations.
Dont forget until PLV (and Tony) came along no one had been allowed to drill on Irvine. That in itself speaks volumes for Tony and management.
