Why does Zelda pay Caziwell?, page-10

Not sure how it helps the shareholders (who are already paying the execs with salaries, stocks, and options) to have the execs doing business deals with themselves.

What incentive do execs have to get a "good deal" for Zelda from Caziwell? The better the deal for Caziwell, and worse for Zelda, the better for the execs personally.

Let's say execs own 2/3 of the company, private shareholders own the other 1/3. So each dollar coming from Zelda is 66 cents of the exec's, 33 cents of the shareholders, then when it gets to Caziwell all 100 cents belong to the execs.

Of course, the data that Zelda is paying for could hypothetically bring the shareholders profit in the future, way down the road.

Without dividends, revenue, or even clinical trials underway yet it all seems a little weird.

And yes, I sold at .105. With options, shares in escrow, and company showing they're not afraid to do more fundraising, the market cap is way too high right now in my opinion, but if it keeps going up congrats to holders! I might have to get back in myself just for fun if I see any big, steady climbs.
