Interesting comparison. I checked out RFN a few weeks back. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me that the personnel (sorry, HR) sections of companies acquiring their recruitment methodology are going to be driven nuts by all manner of applicants referred by mates. I suspect that many of these applicants will not be all that well qualified for the jobs advertised.
