This won't necessarily be a bad thing. The people who hold the escrowed shares are the ones closest to the company and if they believe half of what gets said here on HC then why wouldn't they hold on......but it is worth noting that the SP has tracked sideways now for about 5 weeks. Some might think that looks like a topping pattern.......but all I am saying is that IF it starts tanking from Friday (or even sooner if there is a preemptive exit) then you will know why......not saying it will tank just saying IF.

There is some dependency in the share number. In Sep 28th announcement:

1-Page Limited (ASX:1PG) (“1-Page”), hereby advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that 15,132,520 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from escrow on 9 October 2015.

So it's about 3 million share discrepancy.

Although we wish those share holders will not release them but given daily average volume of 400k shares, this release from escrow number is behemoth hence the fear factor is with a strong reason.
