'A company needs a $US200 million ($228.6 million) market capitalisation to be eligible to list on the Nasdaq, whereas the threshold to go public on Australia’s main bourse is only $50 million.' However I think lots of ASX newly floated companies do not get 50 million. Not sure this rule is for real or not.
