All this was clearly addressed in the initial listing publicity so if anyone doesn't get it, just go back to Day 1 and read.

Agree with you TDA, those escrowed shares belong to investors, did they not approach 1PG for a look-in and were virtually accepted after an audition? Strikes me that they would not want to dump now, but we'll see.

Seriously there is no way 1pg could have got on the Nasdaq early days, there was also the refusal to seek venture capital assistance ; stated by Joanna in raising the capital that would have been required to get there.

A little distorted some of the info posted here. I would also be interested in the feedback on the European IT privacy laws I posted earlier.
