    COO steadily going backwards...unless you get it really cheaply (and even then, I am not so sure). I heard rumours they are trying to clean up their house internally but market does not like what it sees, their margins are getting squeezed and they are facing competitors who will just slowly keep eroding COO's revenues/margins. Personally, I'd rather see MDR expand oversees.
