Hi fellow MAK shareholders
Maybe a stupid question and answered before.
With the money that NMDC is talking about in regards to funding Wonarah (i.e. future infrastructure for downstream fertilizer processing) - why don't they just do a friendly/hostile takeover and retain some key management?
The money is much greater than the MAK market capitalisation.
why doesn't nmdc do a takeover?
