instead of listening to someone on a BMN thread why don't you read up on the rules and regulations re insider trading then think about what is happening with ADY atm (blatant hint..negotiations) then you will be able to understand (all by yourself) why directors of this company are not buying anything at the moment. You can use this knowledge that you have gained when researching and investing in other companies too. So much upside in DYOR.
