as you would know milling is not only cost of production, my understanding is the ore body starts in the bottom of an existing pit so some of the pre strip is done, also its been reported that the underground will need very little ground support, also it would greatly depend on the strip ratio which by the length and grade of the resource may be very good, also short haul distance to the mill helps aswell, not to mention copper as a by product

can anyone tell me if there is ore stockpiled on the surface already, there usualy is when a company goes broke from ore treatment problems

I will be very happy if the resource is upgraded to 800000 oz at a decent grade, see how we go, i think 1m oz at a decent grade would make myg go nuts.
