Agreed completely. Also, it doesn't help that the nature of the beast has meant that Hopper has only been too keen to dilute. If management had a different tact or mindset to preserve or create shareholder value in non-dillutive means, then it wouldn't be much of a worry.
But then again, we wouldn't be talking about share consolidation...
