If there is no revenue, more dilution is likely anyway. What happens with many consolidations are the price falles lower than the low.
Eg we go 10:1 56 cents a share. Still no revenue or deal in short term, we could find ourselves sub 20 cents. I've 2 cents a share vs recent low of 3.9.
