WPL agreed to buy COP Senegal company. It is completely up to FAR what they decide to do next.
FAR decisions have nothing to do with WPL and WPL are not purchasing FAR stake yet. It is FAR decision if they want to play games with the JOA in Senegal court in an attempt to extract a better deal for themselves or accept their partner has new management and facilitate ongoing cooperation to bring the field to production sooner. WPL cannot bully FAR, it is up to FAR if they want to dangle their nuts into the Senegal courts vice.
