According to FAR, If WPL took over FAR then Conoco and Cairn would be able to pre-empt the SNE assets away from WPL.
WPL has bought the company that holds the SNE asset they haven't actually purchased the asset itself in any transaction.
The lawyers are going to make serious money in the next few months.
