Taughtbuffet,as the Scripture you quoted said the new covenant was not like the old covenant. Why then do you suppose the 144,000 that are in the new covenant are required to keep the old covenant,

the 144 000 jewish male virgins you mean?
of course they are to keep the law, if the new covenant is God writing His laws on our hearts and in our minds as the bible clearly says it is,
then obviously God would write His laws on their hearts and in their minds as well.
unless you think they are allowed to sin (break God's law)
please show me in the bible where it is permissible to sin
