is that the only distribution agreement they have ? if so that would have a bearing on allowing figures to be divulged. In Anteo's case they have several and each may have different MOQ's and volume targets attached to maintain the agreement. If Anteo divulged the details then each individual agreement would be exposed to all the other distributors and as such cause a problem. This is basic business 101 !!
Why would Anteo allow each distributor to know what deal the others have it just does not make any sense to do this?? i would also hazard a guess that the distributors we have may have requested this.
I know that in my business with our distributors we have completely different agreements, targets and MOQ's depending on the market and region they are working in and we would never divulge those to any other distributor even if they were in a different country/region !
Sorry but some just don't understand business and/or don't want to.
