your comment is so simplistic and shows a complete lack of fundamental reasoning as to why you have no other stock comments other than critising range and HC allowing this to continue.

Any person with an IQ over 1 will understand that all the Major fields have many many partners, if you knew anyone in the industry you would ask a ridiculous question. Look at Yemen if you know how.

Not to mention Range dont have the expertise OR MANAGEMENT to go it alone and the original contract of works was for them to farm it out! but you dont care about facts do you.
