After the events of the last couple of days, my fear is the "or else" may well be on the cards.
The son of one of the richest men in the country can't arrange enough finance to at least get us to the judgement and then re-assess from there. Make of that what you will. .
What I also don't get is why isn't a counter offer, for the whole company, on the cards?
Looks like volume for the day was about 9m on ASX & Chi-X with some reasonable size buys in the after-market.
