Why don't we have 30 year fixed mortgages in Australia like other countries., page-26

There are a selection of independent businesses
that still serve their customers, including supermarkets.
Where it is practical and convenient I prefer to use
those businesses.
Not all change is for the better.
BTW I don’t have grey hair and I’m not retired.
