    I suppose it could be an absolute rort MisterC .

    But , surprisingly , it is not.

    This article covers the subject in an easy to understand form.

    If anybody asks ''why does the consumer here have to take the risk?'' , , because overall it is cheaper than it otherwise would be , to the borrower.
