I agree with your sentiment Half Full. I'm long term holder who is frustrated also. Your comments on options to the chairman and CEO is on point and I should have bailed out back then as I was feeling very uneasy by the largesse. If the USA is target market then we need experienced US based leadership. Why on earth are the 3-4 large insto investors sitting on their hands and not taking decisive action has me scratching my head. Maybe they believe the upbeat story that gets peddled out every time. I fear a situation where the options vest and the CEO and Chairman take their massive money bags and run leaving loyal long term investors behind. A somewhat, 'see ya later suckers.....'. I hope I'm wrong but lets face it, it doesn't take much google searching to read stories of questionable character. I've been waiting for atonement, but fear that the reality is that I need to find a window to bail out, take my losses and lick my wounds.
