If the USA is target market then we need experienced US based leadership. I fear a situation where the options vest and the CEO and Chairman take their massive money bags and run leaving loyal long term investors behind. A somewhat, 'see ya later suckers.....'. I hope I'm wrong but lets face it, it doesn't take much google searching to read stories of questionable character. I've been waiting for atonement, but fear that the reality is that I need to find a window to bail out, take my losses and lick my wounds.
