Acknowledgment in AFR today by Luscombe that "We had to do it now because if you leave it too long the opportunity to become another player in that marketplace would have gone."
With 150 stores plus another 30 or 40 coming through for WES, it doesn't seem to add up that WOW think they can add 150 stores and generate sufficient returns.
