Yeah. At a guess.
Previous management didn't update shareholders about the plant being well behind schedule.
Vital was supposed to be making an income by mid 2022 through that plant.
And...
Shareholders are still in the dark how the profit sharing arrangement will work between REEtec and Vital.
The old management who oversaw all of this is now gone. The problem for VML now is it is hard to change market sentiment on no news.
Just hope it finds its bottom soon.
