at 710 thats a jump of 16% from 610 (price before all this hoola). if deal off, pmn will prob drop to 660 at the very least (market prob expect some other buyers coming) . if deal happens, sp values at ~760. so at this value there seems to be a 50% strike rate on this play, not inc brokerage.
