Nice to point out that class action will not have much claim against CER as the sp was never as high as CNP & also 50% shares are held by CNP,so not much out for public. Hence the claim should not be too much even if they win the case.
BTW how much you guys hold? ( Only if you would like to disclose) I hold 600,000 @ avg price of 28 cents.
