Is Leerink still engaged as the co's sole corporate advisor because there has been no further elaboration on their involvement since the Shareholders Update 4 Jan 2016 (appointment) and as noted on the cover page and page 3 in the Annual Report 2015 released on 18 April 2016. Also if they are still engaged can the co. please provide shareholders with some further insight into the progress and advancements made over the last 2 years.
If not:
Is the co. currently in the process of appointing a corporate advisor? If not, why not? What has changed since the appointment of Leerink in January 2016?
IMO these are the types of questions that will flesh out information in relation to where the co. is currently sitting and the likely prospects of a pending deal.
